Pricing Policy
Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd
aims to provide our customers with a range of competitively
priced quality products. Wherever possible, we will pass
on savings derived from our buying power to our customers.
These specials appear in the Specials category of our website and in
our deal sheets.
We pride ourselves on our pre and post sales
service as well as our competitive prices. If one of our competitors
has an identical item at a cheaper price, please tell us and we will
endeavour to match their price subject to confirmation of the price and
availability of the item.
If you have a product or technical
question, please contact us. If we cannot
answer your question immediately, we will find someone who
can.
Returns
Policy
RETURNS Hair
& Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd do not refund purchases.
With the exception of scissors, we will however allow you to exchange
products or issue you with a credit note should you not
be satisfied with any purchases you make. All returns must be
made within seven days of purchase, be in original condition
and packaging and accompanied by a copy of the Hair & Beauty
Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd tax invoice. Unfortunately we
cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
FAULTY GOODS Hair
& Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd adhere to all manufacturer
warranty instructions relating to faulty goods. Depending on the
terms of the Manufacturer warranty, faulty goods must be returned to
either Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd or the
manufacturer to confirm the goods are faulty. All returns must
be made within seven days of purchase (this may vary depending on warranty
period), include original packaging (where possible) and a copy of the
Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd tax invoice. Upon
confirmation, a replacement will be sent freight free or a credit note
will be issued. If you are not sure who to contact or what to do,
please contact us
for assistance. GOODS DAMAGED IN
TRANSIT If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send
you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the
damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of
breakage) to us for assessment within seven days of purchase and a copy of
the Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd tax
invoice.

Scissors - No Return
Policy
Hair & Beauty Warehouse
Australia Pty Ltd will not refund or exchange scissors once they have been
purchased.
Please choose your scissors
carefully, be sure they are the right scissors for you and they meet your
requirements.
Please note manufacturer
warranties still apply should your scissors be faulty. A replacement
pair of scissors or credit note will not be issued until advice is
received from the manufacturer.

Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd currently utilise Fastway Couriers.
Unless otherwise requested, we will generally dispatch all orders via
Fastway Couriers. We are unable to guarantee when an order will be
delivered but as a guide Fastway indicate

All Fastway parcels are tracked via a package
"label number". Progress can be monitored via the Fastway web site
(www.Fastway.com.au). Please
contact us to obtain your package's label number if

Please refer to our refund policy for items
damaged in transit.
VIA SALES REPRESENTATIVE Our
sales representatives will deliver orders placed by midday 2 days prior to
the sales representatives visit and these orders will be delivered free of
charge. This time stipulation is necessary to get the orders to the
sales representative on the day prior to their visit to you. When
placing your order, simply indicate you would like your sales
representative to deliver your order.
AUSTRALIA POST In some cases we will send your order via
Australia Post because it is either quicker or cheaper. Australia
Post will not handle certain products that are deemed "prohibitive
goods". These items will always be sent via courier in accordance
with the couriers requirements for handling "prohibitive goods".
